Good morning Malacca! Started off with a beautiful sunrise, though I couldn’t get a proper picture of it. I woke up rather excitedly as it has been a while since I had buffet for breakfast. So, it was a feast to remember, though the food is not the best.

Corn and baked beans. Yeah, corn is weird!

This is da bomb! I know its just fried omelets, but they taste really good!
There was also porridge, nasi lemak(literally fat rice), cereal, plus dessert. So it was quite a lot of food. Wasn’t long before we went back to our room, chilled, and then headed off to the famous Jonker Street, where we shopped for about 2 hours. It was more of shopping for gifts, sorta. I did some early Christmas shopping, as well as some souveniers for a few people.
After which we went off to have the famous Durian cendol which my parents have tried before while we weren’t with them on their previous trip to Malacca.

The best durian cendol I’ve ever eaten, like SERIOUSLY! Gosh…makes me hungry just thinking of it.

Some minced chicken fillet with noodles. Pretty tasty as well.
By the time we came back, I was extremely full. It was impossible to move around anymore. So, took a short nap, watched Disney channel, and then Star Movies. I’m so gonna beg dad to get Astro. Yeah I know, I’m outdated. Laugh all you want. Bluek…
Soon, it was nightfall. Our final dinner in Malacca had to be a filling one. So, we went to the same stretch of restaurants to have dinner, and we ate at the food court there. Dad ordered a lot of food, and we ate to our heart’s desire.

This was the dish of the night. O’ Chien, or more commonly known as oysters. Looks weird, but taste awesome! xD
After dinner, we adjourned back to our hotel, dropping by the local supermarket again, to buy some stuff before heading back. This time, we decided to play pool.
Went back to our room at around 10pm, and watched Big Momma’s House 2 until about 12am. Turned in for the night soon after, and thats the end of Day 2. Up next, day 3. Oh, and before I forget, some pictures I got from Yan’s and Gloria’s birthday lunch.
